This beautiful couple; Katie and Cal got married at Cal’s parents house right next door to the Church, the view of it through the clear span roof of the marquee and the bells ringing. The brief was to incorporate Cal’s mum’s garden in the marquee – flower beds and all. After a few hours in the rain pacing around with Adam from Academy Marquees, we had a plan. The rose bed was to frame the top table, showcasing mum’s amazing gardening skills. The day was so beautiful as was Katie’s dress! The amount of love throughout the whole day was overwhelming, and highlighted how perfect they were for each other. We had the pleasure of working with such fantastic suppliers that all pulled together and were welcomed into the family to pull off perfection. Plated food from whole burratas drizzled in honey to rich indulgent chocolate desserts, tequila shots and tacos from our street food van to round off the dancing.
Highlight
The whole party lead by the bagpipes from the Church down the road and into the drive, ready for champagne.
