A word about our founders
Frankie Swan
Frankie’s passion for food began in her grandmother’s kitchen, helping her prepare for one of her many lavish dinner parties. After a career in media she decided to follow her heart and moved back to her native West Sussex and launched Eat The Street (ETS) in 2013.
Fast forward a decade, ETS is now one of most successful boutique street food caterers in the home counties, but not one to rest on her laurels Frankie was hungry for a new challenge and Eat Events was born. Frankie’s meticulous planning skills, coupled with her event expertise and supported by her network of quality suppliers have already established Eat Events as one of the premium event caterers in the south west.
Michelle Cox
Michelle’s love of food also started in her childhood, blossoming from avid hobby to full time profession following her graduation from the prestigious Tante Marie Culinary Academy in London. Her formal training continued on the job, working for some of Sussex and Surrey’s most established catering and hospitality.
Michelle brings a wealth of culinary knowledge, creativity and passion to Eat. Her attention to detail is second to none.
