This for me was a very special wedding. When some of your best friends give you the honor of doing the food for their big day, not only are you absolutely delighted, but my goodness the pressure is on! Lucy had a real vision for the day, and 150 fillet steaks was part of that! We spent a long time working on the styling for the tableware, tied into the florists’ beautiful coloured flowers, and the overall effect was both unique and stunning. The wedding breakfast itself was a plated affair, but designed to be informal and relaxed, with share starters, fillet steak and chips as a main, and an elegant plated wedding cake for dessert. Lychee margaritas all round kept people on the dance floor until the early hours. One of the best for me, and one to always remember
